Inbound Document
- Send Arrival Notice
- Making discharge list, delivery orders
- Making manifest, adjust documents, transfer containers, print bill of lading
- Answer customers' questions and perform other relevant jobs as requested and directed by Team Leader or Manager
- More details will be discussed during interview
Outbound Document
- Use internal system for making Bill of lading
- Update cis file to oversea agents
- Contact wz CUS team/ OPS team/ ACC team/Sale team and concerned oversea agents for doing all outbound document tasks ( issue Original BL, Seaway BL, make telex release, make COD/ROB case, check payment, submit manifest...)

REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Logistics/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Preferred fresh graduation
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork
