You will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while optimising clinic performance. Your financial acumen will guide budget management, revenue maximisation, and cost minimisation strategies. You will also engage with key stakeholders, representing the company in industry forums and public relations activities. Furthermore, your innovative approach will drive service delivery enhancements and identify growth opportunities. Lastly, you will manage talent recruitment, development, and retention, creating a supportive working environment.
