JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Content Strategy and Creative Direction

• Develop overall concepts, creative ideas, and strategies for video content, including images, clips, and animations, to align with brand goals and audience interests.
• Guide the production team in storyboarding, scripting, and planning for high-quality video output that adheres to the company's vision.

2. Video Production and Editing Supervision.

• Lead the editing and post-production process to ensure each video is polished, meets highquality standards, and aligns with the script and content strategy.
• Oversee the design of animations based on scripted ideas, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual style and message.
• Monitor video trends on platforms like YouTube to create content that appeals to target audiences.

3. Filming and Studio Management.

• Oversee all filming activities, ensuring adherence to the script and production goals.
• Manage and maintain all studio equipment, ensuring readiness for filming sessions and coordinating repairs or upgrades as necessary.

4. Team Collaboration and Project Leadership

• Collaborate closely with video editors, animators, and other production team members to achieve project objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering creativity and quality in video production.

5. Additional Responsibilities

• Support the department head and perform other duties as assigned to help achieve departmental and company goals. 

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Multimedia Graphics, Film Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video directing, production, or a similar role, with hands-on experience in video editing and animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, storytelling, and technical proficiency in video production.
• Expertise in video design, photo, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proven ability to stay updated on video trends and create content that resonates with audiences. • Excellent leadership skills, with an enthusiasm for mentoring team members.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for continuously learning and improving expertise.
