Palexy develops a pioneering AI-powered SaaS platform that can turn existing retail data, including CCTV footage, POS data, staff scheduling data, promotional calendar data, etc., into actionable intelligence for e-commerce.

As our Junior Project Coordinator, you will work directly with our Project Manager to implement and set up our AI system for retailers in Southeast Asia. You will play a crucial role in the success of our projects and in ensuring our clients have all the necessary data to start the training and onboarding phases.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in deploying AI projects. 
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project tasks and deliverables to achieve objectives within scope, time, and resource constraints.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Site check or support the client in setting up AI at stores (if needed)
• Proactively ensure the quality and accuracy of data related to AI activation for stores.
• Implement data validation processes and perform regular quality checks to maintain high data integrity.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Keep a meticulous record of on-store and off-store lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.

The Successful Applicant:

• Graduated within 2 years.
• Have previous working experience (job requires coordinating skills are a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Great communication and follow-through skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A quick learner of new technology tools, and a self-starter behavior.
