Nhựa Đường (ADCo)

Responsibilities

Logistic:

• Monitor and supervise the distribution process to the clients OTIF
• Oversee and ensure proper shipment is dispatched to the client ' location safely
• Understand and comply with KPI of Operation Department and Dispatcher performance to achieve the target.
• Set up necessary systems and procedures to ensure efficient distribution.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to carry out priority of delivery (in special case) and to collect the competitors’ delivery information (if necessary).
• Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements
• Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
• Managing, monitoring and developing a Dispatcher team
• Ensure the quality of service in according to the Company’s stipulation.
• Request other sections and departments cooperating to carry out the work.

Transportation:

• In charge of the day-to-day operations of the transport team.
• Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles. Ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements. Making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
• Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
• Managing budgets and ensure transportation team safety, effectively and save cost.
• Analyze and improve service quality to meet customer satisfaction.
• Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures as regulated in Vietnam.
• Inspection, monitoring the performance quality of the sub-contractor
• Manage drivers and vehicles of sub-contractors to follow company rules and standards.

Other:

• Identifying transportation/delivery issues, potential problems and opportunities.
• Appraising staff performance and also taking disciplinary measures when required
• Arranging for the induction and training off all new staff (driver and dispatcher).
• Resolve all issues in depots, on road and at delivery places.
• Making all HSSE reports as required.
• Update all transport policies, manual and legislation as regulated in Vietnam.
• Cooperate with IT department to deploy and improve the software ERP, TMS, GPS, Camera …to improve distribution service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor with vast experience within logistics/ transportation field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a truck fleet management role.
• Good knowledge on transportation management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, highly driven, enthusiastic, positive attitude and outgoing type of person.
• Team player, customer obsessed, result-driven and detail-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and able to complete task with minimum supervision.
• Be able and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
