Công ty TNHH PS Distribution (tên gọi tắt là PSD) được thành lập vào năm 2014 tại Việt Nam dưới sự quản lý của Pepper Sion Co., Ltd. tại Singapore, công ty phân phối quốc tế duy nhất trực thuộc tập đoàn Orang Tua – Tập đoàn sản xuất hàng tiêu dùng hàng đầu Indonesia.
Cùng với sự phát triển toàn cầu hóa rộng khắp thế giới, tập đoàn đã mở rộng thị trường ra quốc tế bằng cách phân phối nhiều loại sản phẩm như bánh xốp, bánh quế, sô-cô-la, kẹo, nước khoáng, bàn chải đánh răng và kem đánh răng, bao gồm khoảng 18 nhãn hiệu nổi tiếng ở Indonesia và các nước lân cận, chẳng hạn như Tango, Fullo, MintZ, Formula, Teh Gelas, Oops, Vita Jelly Drink, v.v.
