Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage, and implement all the event, exhibitions.
• Market research and propose the events which are suitable with our industry.
• Control the distribution of information and event-related issues to customers through the media, ensuring all messages and images are conveyed correctly and appropriately for the event.
• Manage budgets for the event in accordance with the company's business performance and development orientation.
• Analyze the effectiveness of organized events and report results to the CEO.
• Cooperate with the Marketing team, Business Development team, RnD team,... to ensure that the events reach the goals.
• The other tasks assigned by CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in  Marketing or relevant.
• From 3 - 5 years of experience as progressive experience in Event Planning, especially international exhibitions.
• Strong English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher) and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Management skill is a plus.
