SAINT - GOBAIN VIETNAM

o Ensures Saint Gobain Health & Safety standard are applied and respected throughout the project execution.
o Ensures the project is completed on time, on budget and with required quality by communicating regularly with the project stakeholders.
o Tracks the progress of projects and communicating any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
o Updates the project schedule on Project Plan and ensures correct resources are available for every tasks.
o Controls the expenditure against the budget of the work packages assigned and advise the Project Manager of any deviations.
o Updates the risk register and plan for mitigations of any upcoming project risk.
o Ensures the change management system is fully complied with and any change is recorded.
o Advises the Project Manager on local regulations where known.
o Manages permitting process to ensure that all necessary permits are obtained as and when required.
o Participates in regular design progress reviews with the GMT engineering team.
o Assumes the role and authority level of the Project Manager during his absence from the project.
o Enters PR’s into SAP as and when necessary.
o Carries out SMAT’s and EMAT’s.
o Ensures civils and MEP activities are performed safely, on time, on budget and of the required quality.
o Coordinates the local Lead Designer (LD) activities including:
 Basic and Detail Design
 Civils and MEP tenders.
 Construction Management activities (CM).
o Reviews and approve project drawings as well as challenge LD during design phase.
o Prepares basic CAD drawing and layouts.
o Acts as the main point of contact to coordinate activities between Civils, MEP and Equipment contractors.
o Supervises daily activities on site and write daily site progress report.
o Animates daily and weekly coordination meetings.
o Ensures all Civils and MEP changes are known and recorded, including cost and schedule impact.
