We are looking for a talented Marketing Campaign to join our marketing team to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you will play a crucial role in brainstorming campaign ideas and supporting the execution of campaigns across various channels, including affiliate, in-app & notifications. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for creating engaging and compelling campaigns, a growth mindset with an experimental approach, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Ensures smooth and timely execution of campaigns, including conducting necessary checks during key campaign live dates
● Setup & manage campaigns in related marketing channels, including but not limited to: onsite, notification, in-app message & affiliate
● Drive continuous process optimizations of marketing campaigns based on performance & data
● Collaborate and coordinate stakeholders to plan, execute and monitor performance of the marketing campaigns, including the Merchandising team, Marketing team, Operations team and Technical team
● Determine opportunities to build best practices by identifying trends and competitor movements.
● Be the go-to person for questions on digital channel technical questions, including campaign best practices, tracking, and measurement
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
● Proven experience in a marketing campaign role. Prior experience in e-commerce campaign marketing in Shopee, Tiki, Lazada will be advantageous
● Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies as well as written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
● A growth mindset and willingness to experiment and learn from outcomes
● Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
● Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
