• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Lead the QA efforts for assigned projects, ensuring that all features and functionalities are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks.
• Report on QA activities, test results, and quality metrics to QA manager and project stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database testing.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for test automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.
• Fluent communication in English is an advantage

Salary & bonus regime

• Salary: 20,000,000 VND - 35,000,000 VND (GROSS)
• Performance review: 02 times/year
