Get to Know the Team

Join our collaborative and innovative Quality Assurance team that works closely with various departments to ensure our software meets the highest standards. You'll be part of a group that values quality and strives for continuous improvement.

Get to Know the Role

As a Quality Assurance (Automation) Engineer, you'll design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality. You'll troubleshoot, identify issues in software, and implement automated testing strategies and tools. You'll collaborate with tech, product, and business teams and also mentor your teammates to help achieve the team's goals.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

• You will provide functional and regression testing for iOS, Android, API, and Web applications.
• You will design and develop automated test scripts using automation frameworks, maintaining and enhancing these scripts as needed.
• You will execute both manual and automated functional and regression test cases and maintain automated test scripts.
• You will debug failed test cases and report defects with clear details to drive closure.
• You will work closely with developers, product owners, test leads, and engineers to improve testing efficiencies and expand test coverage.
• You will provide test estimates, record, track, and report defects to depict the status of the sprint and system stability.
  
  

Qualifications

What Skills You will Need

• Experience**: At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Tester, or SDET.
• Coding Skills**: Experience with automation (Web, Mobile app, and API automation).
• Testing Skills**: Proficiency in deriving test cases from requirement documents for new and impacted features.
• Privacy and Security**: Ability to include privacy and security guidelines as part of test cases.
• SQA Methodologies**: Deep understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and practices.
• Automation Tools**: Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Frameworks (BDD), Selenium Cucumber, JBehave Serenity.
• Postman**: Experience with API testing using Postman.
• SQL**: Practical experience with SQL for database testing.
• Communication**: Excellent inter and intra-team communication skills.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• CI/CD Implementation**: Understanding and experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
