Job description
As a Sales Executive, you will manage accounts and ensure sales achievement in assigned territories and product lines. You will assist the DSM in relieving their duties whenever necessary.
Your Opportunity:
Actively manage existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction proactively.
Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel.
Proactively and creatively solve problems by managing customer complaints through proper investigation and close follow-up to resolve issues (e.g., product deliveries/application troubleshooting).
Coordinate with distribution partners/third parties to better serve customers.
Work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver post-sales service for maximum customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Health/Science.
Have more than 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales/healthcare.
Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Have creative problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Have experience in handling customer complaints.
