Mô tả công việc
- Working location: Dầu Giây - Đồng Nai
- Leads & manages production daily operation activities including safety, quality, delivery and labor efficiency;
- Continuously optimizes, plans and supervises practical and theoretical training events to develop competency.
- Establishes operational procedures for all production activities focuses on achieving safety, quality, delivery and labor efficiency
- Assures all production targets are met or exceed in terms production labor cost, Quality, Delivery and Safety
- Promotes operation flexibility programs and system controls to accommodate requirement changes.
- Detect and identify any operational constraints, coordinating operations team to provide solutions that could prevent meeting production targets.
- Production cost keep reducing through tighten control WIP, head count, over time, scrap and so on to meet team target.
- Leading team provide preventative operational improve activity based upon actual data with relative function team together.
- Coaching & leading team members follow company policy and rules, promote team in good moral and discipline
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor or above in engineering or similar field with good manufacturingknowledge base and hands on capability.
- 5 years’ experience in manufacturing and a minimum of 1-2 years in managerial position
- Understands own strengths & weaknesses, willing to learn and develop, capable to work under high pressure, self-motivated with high level of initiative.
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated team development capabilities.
- Writes and Speaks English fluently as the position requires participationon conference calls and reports to the different TTI worldwide regions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing with demonstratedsuccessful implementation activities.
- Preferable experience on industrial manual assembly, large laborworkforce is an advantage.
