Job Summary: Analyze and manage data to support production and business operations. Provide analysis, forecasts, and visual reports to enhance the efficiency of business and production management for THACO AUTO.
Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis roles within large corporations (preferably candidates with expertise in automotive, manufacturing business, operational systems, or related fields).
- Proficient in office software tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Familiarity with Big Data, Data Warehousing, and experience with SQL, query tools, and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau). Python programming skills are an advantage.
- Ability to analyze existing databases and propose software solutions.
- Logical and methodical in solving problems; ability to create and control work plans.
- Strong ability to gather, organize, analyze, and interpret detailed and accurate information.
- Well-developed verbal and written skills with the ability to present information in English.
- Understanding of products and the automotive market is a plus.
- Systematic thinking, proactive work style, and ability to manage personal tasks scientifically.
- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented. Strong team player with the ability to work under high pressure.
