Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and Engineering Modification Notifications (EMN) across departments;
Update and oversee the development of new 2W and 4W models, including maintaining parts lists and drawings;
Control parts pricing for motorcycles and cars to optimize cost efficiency;
Manage the list of approved suppliers, seek new suppliers for projects, and collaborate with vendors and related departments (QC) to evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, track record, warranty, payment terms;
Request and analyze quotations, ensuring comprehensive comparison and submission of best quotations for approval;
Negotiate prices based on technical requirements and cost considerations;
Provide support to other departments as required;
Report to managers and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in any field;
Proficiency in English (preference given to candidates having equivalent certificates), and Microsoft Office;
At least 03 years of experience in Purchasing (experience in automobiles or motorcycles manufacturing is a plus);
Ability to read drawings in English;
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Working hours: 7:15 - 17:00, Mon - Fri
Working place: Road No 2, Long Binh Techno Park, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.
