Job Overview
We are seeking a Data Management Department Manager to lead the development of a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) for the AEON Group. This pivotal role will serve as the Head of the CDP Construction Project for the entire organization, with overarching responsibility for shaping the company's data strategy and overseeing data governance, quality, and security.
Experience in building solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and in Data Warehouse (DWH) development is mandatory.
We are looking for a strategic leader capable of driving enterprise-wide data utilization to maximize business value.
Job Description
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end development of the new CDP for the AEON Group, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define and implement the overall data management strategy to align with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, including data policies, standards, and procedures.
• Design and implement data quality management processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and implement appropriate safeguards.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Oversee the design, construction, and operation of Data Warehouses (DWH) to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Manage project planning, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and quality assurance for data-related initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging data technologies and promote the adoption of optimal solutions.
• Manage and develop the data management team, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business units, IT, and executive leadership to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver value.Experience and skills:
• 7+ years of experience in data management or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in building data solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience in designing and building Data Warehouses (DWH).
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data security.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to convey complex information in a structured and comprehensible manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Business-level English communication skills (mandatory).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Thưởng
