Mô tả Công việc
- Carry out inspection, supervision, and control quality following the company's standards and procedures
- Regularly making inspection reports to managers. Document non-conformance reports and work with other departments to implement corrective actions
- Check all documents from suppliers, submission's documents to customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records
- Making suggestions to improve the company's standards based on manager approval
- Material incoming inspection.
- Welding inspection (structure, Tank, vessel, and pipe).
- Structure, vessel and tank visual and dimension inspection.
- Paint inspection.
- Pressure Test.
- Available for same-day business travel (company car or personal motorbike with allowance).
- Develop and implement quality control plans for water treatment equipment and processes.
- Review and analyze inspection data and identify potential quality issues.
- Coordinate with engineers, production personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient quality control procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant industry standards and regulations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1-2 years working experience for QC or other relevant field.
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Knowledge of materials used in structural components, storage tanks, vessels, and piping (JIS, ASTM or equivalent standards).
- Understanding of ASME VIII, ASME IX and ASME 31.3 standards is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D and other engineering software.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
