TALENT ACQUISITION (80%)
- 负责公司内部招聘需求的发布、筛选、面试及录用流程;
(Responsible for posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes for the company's internal recruitment needs.)
- 主动发掘和维护关键候选人资源,有效寻找和吸引优秀人才;
(Proactively explore and maintain key candidate resources to effectively find and attract outstanding talents.)
- 深入了解公司业务,确保招聘到符合岗位要求的人才;
(Thoroughly understand the company's business to ensure the recruitment of talents that meet job requirements.)
- 跟踪分析招聘数据,优化招聘策略,提高招聘效果;
(Track and analyze recruitment data, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve recruitment outcomes.)
- 与各部门保持良好沟通,了解各部门的招聘需求及人才标准;
(Maintain good communication with various departments to understand their recruitment needs and talent standards.)
- 为未来向HRBP转型做好准备,积累相关经验和能力;
(Prepare for the future transition to HRBP, accumulating relevant experience and capabilities.)
* EMPLOYER BRANDING (20%)
- 参与雇主品牌计划和活动
(Involve in employer branding initiatives & activities)
- 充当品牌大使,通过线上或线下渠道宣传专业公司形象
(Act as Brand ambassador to promote professional company image through online or offline channels.)
- 跟进以前联系过候选人和潜在候选人 建设长期人际关系
(Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates)
