In this Role, you’ll get to:

• コミュニケーションチャネル(電話・メール)を通じてお客様(ゲストとパートナー)のサポートとニーズを管理
• クライアントやお客様からの大量のお問い合わせを専門的に対応
• 個人(KPI)とチームの目標を達成
• 作業プロセスの改善
• チームリーダーおよび(または)マネージャーとのコミュニケーション
• 必要に応じて、オフィスベースの管理業務を実行。
• お客様情報の機密性を常に維持
• 運用上の問題、価格設定/請求書のお問い合わせなど、お客様の問題を解決
  
  

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

• 日本語ネイティブ(JLPTN1)と英語ビジネスレベル
• 電話マナーとコミュニケーションスキル
• リスニングスキル
• ローテーションシフト・横浜オフィス勤務と在宅勤務を組み合わせたハイブリッドワークで働ける方
• チーム環境で主導的に作業する能力
• 機密性
• 能動的な問題解決ができる方
• 業界未経験・職種未経験の方や第二新卒の方も歓迎します！
