We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO, Website development, and e-commerce platforms to join our marketing excellence team to serve dynamic clients in the U.S. The primary responsibilities of this role include optimizing our online presence for search engines, developing, and maintaining our websites, and leveraging e-commerce platforms to enhance our online sales. Experience in the construction, building materials, and home improvement industry is preferred, but not mandatory. Main Scope - SEO & Website Development (70%):
** Key Responsibilities: Main Scope - SEO & Website Development (70%): Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, and technical SEO improvements. Maintain and enhance our websites on platforms like Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce systems. Ensure website performance, speed, and user experience are optimal.
Advertising (20%): Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic media buying to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Develop and implement advertising strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives.
Data Analytics & Visualization (10%): Collect, analyze, and visualize data from various marketing channels to monitor and assess performance. Create and maintain detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies. Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Tag Managers, Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and others to track and analyze marketing performance. Segment and manage customer data for more personalized marketing efforts. Implement tracking and measurement systems across advertising platforms to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and improve ROI.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. Proven experience in SEO, Website development, and e-commerce platforms, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Being familiar with Web & E-commerce CMS, Web & E-commerce Building Platforms: WIX | WordPress | GoDaddy | Shopify | Magento | BigCommerce, etc. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Web Bing Master, etc. Having experience in digital advertising, particularly on Google and Facebook. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Managers, and other technical/analytic tools. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Previous experience in the construction, building materials, or home improvement industry is preferred.
