JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Quality Control & Training Executive at APC Corporation is responsible for maintaining service excellence, ensuring operational quality, and fostering staff development. This role involves designing quality assurance standards, monitoring operational processes, and implementing training programs to enhance team performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with experience in high-quality service environments, committed to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Quality Control:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

- Identify and address quality issues, proposing corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent level of quality across all operations.

2. Training & Development:

- Identify training needs and develop customized programs for various teams.

- Deliver training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

- Build a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

3. Operational Management:

- Monitor daily operations to ensure alignment with quality standards.

- Implement improvements to operational workflows to enhance efficiency.

- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of audits, training sessions, and operational performance.

- Generate detailed reports for senior management, including recommendations for improvement.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at large corporations or in quality and operations management at 5-star hotels.

- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and modern training methodologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Innovative thinking and proactive in work.
