Job Description
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing strategic initiatives;
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability;
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure efficient collaboration between departments;
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization;
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency;
- Contribute to product development and technical decision-making processes;
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies;
- Act as the General Manager in their absence, providing leadership and decision-making;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations and commercial roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position;
- Current or previous experience working in Asian countries;
- Fluency in English and French is a must, knowledge of one or more Asian languages will be an advantage to the required experience;
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and business growth;
- Strong understanding of financial management and business analytics;
- Solid technical knowledge or at least the degree in the technical field from a reputable institution;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
