Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team to oversee all procurement, supply chain, quality assurance, and operational activities.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional offices to align procurement efforts with global standards and objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent product quality.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of procurement professionals.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and foster innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 8 years' experience in procurement, supply chain management, quality assurance, and operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Deep understanding of supply chain best practices, procurement strategies, and vendor relationship management.
• Fluency in English
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, along with the ability to handle complex business situations, are essential.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to take decisive action.
