The Role
We are looking for the experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales.
To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
§ Sales:
- Manage sales funnel of Vietnamese customers (B2C local community and B2B): prospect and qualify leads, cold calling, present services, understanding needs, negotiate contract, close deal.
- Build partnerships with hotels and hostels to attract local and foreign tourists.
- Maintain customer base in CRM system with full information, contracts, pricing, events, etc. and appropriate actions on deadline.
- Represent FMP at events and meetings.
§ Marketing:
- Participate with creative ideas and execution support for campaigns to promote services and brand
- Market research to evaluate and improve understanding needs, channels and events of target groups to develop new services, find new segments or areas of business
- Support organization of events, conferences, etc.
§ Translations where needed
§ Perform other assignments as assigned by line manager
§ Support team in all activities
§ Weekly, monthly report to manager/director

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Ideal Profile
University degree in relevant field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role for strong brands, preferably in the service industry, with both B2C as B2B background, with ability and willingness to learn and grow.
Very good Vietnamese and English language and presentation skills
Great interpersonal skills. We look for a bridge builder who can explain convincingly, and interact with people from different cultures, organizations and levels (from junior executives to C-level)
Energetic and enthusiastic participant of events, with ability to reach out to different age groups and cultural backgrounds (from expat children to elderly locals)
You have interest working in Healthcare service industry
