Job Description
As the Marketing Lead for HERAMO, you will be a key player in driving the success of our premium laundry & cleaning app & franchise company. Your primary focus will be to lead and execute marketing strategies that will elevate our brand presence, attract customers, and accelerate our growth in targeted Vietnam and oversea in the future.
Lead and manage the marketing team, including performance, digital, content and offline marketing roles. Provide mentorship, monitoring and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects HERAMO's UVP and resonates with the target audience
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all channels (mobile app, social media, offline chain stores etc.): tone of voice, key message, brand identity, POSM
Drive online awareness and & offline franchise store visibility through marketing campaigns ensuring achievement of target orders & revenue
Explore new growth channels for marketing such as affiliate marketing and partner with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing leads & boost orders
Reports directly to CEO & Co-founders
Develop and manage the marketing budget

WORKING TIME & PAY RANGE
Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00PM, 5.5 days / week
Competitive salary. Full 100% salary in probation period (2 months)
Working location: 01 Truong Son, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCM City

IDEAL CANDIDATE
BA degree in Marketing/ PR/ Communications/Business Administration/ Economics or Social Sciences or relevant backgrounds
At least 1-2 years experience at a similar roles
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
Data-driven mindset is a plus. You will be required to work with data
Ability to develop, planning strategies and implement plans
Good at critical thinking (ability to think critically & systematically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail)
Ability to work independently, under pressure and tight deadlines
Hustle! (have a ‘get-it-done’ entrepreneurial attitude)
Learn very fast; and be extremely flexible and adaptable
