Hyphens Pharma Vietnam is currently looking for a Derma Product Manager.

Key Performance Indicators

- Propose and execute plan according to market status

- Customer-oriented: learn, anticipate, and meet customers' needs.

- Accomplish the set goals: Understand the importance of the results and focus efforts, allocate appropriate resources to achieve sales

- Improve work efficiency

- Building relationships within the group and other departments

Job Responsibilities and Duties

- Good product knowledge, pathology and consumer habits relating to products.

- Conduct regular market studies and U&A studies.

- Setting effective marketing plan for in charged products based on Brand strategy; devising methods to assess and measure efficacy of marketing initiatives on period.

- Ensure that Marketing plan is well understood and accepted by market development before implementation. Conduct implementation of the marketing & promotional plan.

- Optimize portfolio plans, launch plans, manage using A&P in control and achieve company objective within time approved. Use any appropriate means to co-build promotional actions with market development department.

- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand manual & by Vietnam’s law.

- Organize scientific symposiums, talks and/or seminars, including developing speaker.

- Build and manage KOLs-Key Opinion Leader, build strong relationships with HCP relation to product Marketed by Hyphens and ensure Hyphens is a preferred partner.

- Whenever applicable, plan and cooperate with relating departments in order to insert Hyphens products in Treatment guidelines, leading to the growth of the products and reimbursement products by Vietnam MOH.

- Cross matrix closely with Market Development to achieve company objectives as plans.

- Gaining market insights through field visits and by interacting with regional colleagues with the aim of identifying business opportunities.

- Stock plan to get accuracy forecast and feedback for market activities.

- Responsible to coach, product knowledge and skills to Market Development team in period.

- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned & Positive Team work.
