About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO and General Manager in the technology field. This role demands an individual who is fluent in English and capable of handling various administrative and sales activities, writing content, managing accounts, and providing top-notch support to our executive team.


Availability: Flexible during office hours from 9am to 6pm, available when required by the CEO and General Manager


Key Responsibilities

1.    Administrative Support:

·     Manage all administrative documents and tasks of the CEO and GM.

·  Maintain and organize the CEO’s and General Manager’s complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Specifically, demonstrate patience and adaptability in response to last-minute changes and unexpected situations.

·      Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

2.    Sales Activities:

·      Assist in sales activities and follow-up with clients.

·      Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

·      Possess knowledge and experience in fundraising activities.

3.    Content Creation:

·      Write or review English content for the company products, including product descriptions, marketing materials, and website content.

·      Ensure all written content is clear, concise, and professionally presented.

4.    Financial Management:

·      Handle and control bank accounts of the Directors.

·      Manage reimbursements and claims of the Directors

·      Maintain honesty and integrity in all financial dealings.

5.    Guest Relations:

·      Meet and greet guests as required, during and after working hours when necessary

·      Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors.

6.    Company Activities:

·      Participate in company activities, events, and meetings.

·      Provide support in organizing and coordinating company functions.


Requirements:

Ø Education: Knowledge and experience in Business Administration, English, Communications, or a related field.


Ø Experience:

  • Minimum prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in handling administrative and sales activities.


Ø Skills:

  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
