Accor’s La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AssistantReservation Manager to lead our reservations team at our elegant beachfront retreat.

As a Assistant Reservation Manager, you will oversee all reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and personalized service at every stage of the booking journey. You will play a strategic role in optimizing room revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining seamless coordination between departments.

Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily reservation operations and ensure accuracy in all bookings and guest data.

2. Lead, train, and motivate the reservations team to deliver exceptional service standards.

3. Monitor room availability, pricing, and inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.

4. Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to optimize booking strategies.

5. Manage group reservations, VIP arrangements, and special requests with precision.

6. Ensure timely confirmation, amendments, and follow-up on reservations.

7. Handle escalated booking issues and ensure prompt resolution for guest satisfaction.

8. Maintain accurate records, reports, and reservation forecasts.

9. Analyze booking trends and prepare reports to support revenue management decisions.

10. Ensure compliance with brand standards and reservation policies.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Reservations or Revenue roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of hotel reservation systems (Smile) and revenue practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
