Now, we’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our growing team — someone who’s excited to learn, build real products, and work alongside a team that moves fast and supports each other.

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js (NestJS or Express)
• Collaborate with frontend developers (using Vue.js) to deliver seamless features
• Handle databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB, write optimized queries
• Work on internal tools or product features related to HRM systems (big plus if you're familiar!)
• Participate in discussions about system design, logic flows, and performance improvements
• Test, debug, and fix bugs to keep our products running smoothly

• Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS), PHP
• Basic understanding of Vue.js or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, authentication methods (JWT, OAuth2)
• Good understanding of Git and modern development workflows
• A big plus if you’ve worked on HRM platforms or internal enterprise tools
