- Responsibility for any customer service issues that arise during their stay.
- Offer hotel products and services for guest.
- Use skills to introduce and sell hotel products/services to guests
- Provide service information on demand: Sightseeing tours, mailing parcels, purchasing newspapers and foreign magazines, reserving dining tables inside and outside the hotel, car rental, and ticket reservations music - sports - flight reservations
- Coordination of the resolution of guest complaints
- Receive customer complaints online and handle them as soon as possible.
- Working on request by GRM
