Game Conceptualization

Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to refine and iterate on game ideas
Generate imaginative and educational game concepts tailored for the target age group and language learning objectives

Design and Development

Work collaboratively with developers to implement and enhance game features
Create comprehensive game design documents, encompassing mechanics, storyboards, and user flows
Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts

UI/UX Design

Design user- friendly and visually captivating interfaces, keeping in mind the specific preferences and engagement levels of children
Focus on creating an immersive and enjoyable user experience that facilitates language learning

Educational Integration

Seamlessly integrate educational content into game design, aligning with language learning principles and curriculum standards
Ensure the educational aspects of the games are effective and align with pedagogical goals

Testing and Feedback

Conduct rigorous playtesting sessions with the target audience to gather valuable feedback
Utilize feedback data to inform design decisions and continuously enhance the overall gaming and learning experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in designing and developing games, with a focus on the kids&039; category
Familiarity with English language learning principles and educational pedagogy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, or a related field
Proficiency in game design tools and software

Data- Driven Approach

Experience in utilizing analytics tools to gather and interpret data related to user engagement, retention, and overall game performance
Adept at implementing A/B testing and using data insights to iterate and optimize game features
Demonstrated ability to make informed design decisions based on data analysis and user feedback

Nice to have

Experience with Unity or other game development engines
Understanding of child psychology and development
Background in educational technology or e- learning
