*** JOB SUMMARY • As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining ISO certifications and promote a culture of operational excellence. This role provides guidance for the quality standards through training, coaching, and internal audits while leveraging all available support services and resources in the organization. • You will be part of the main initiatives and quality projects, working in close collaboration with our Production, Sourcing, and Engineering teams. You will need to be good at problem-solving while engaging the internal stakeholders to the company’s quality standards. • This position will be located in our site in Assan, Korea and report to Managing Director.

*** YOUR PROFILE • BS Degree minimum in related field. • Vietnamese is more preferable. • 5+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment. • Fluent in both Korean and English communication. • Experience participating in, or leading ISO audits, and a proven track record of success. • Experience working with Lean Manufacturing strategies and methodologies; knowledge of 8D Root Cause Analysis • Experience in developing and implementing a Quality Management System • Strong customer-facing skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with high visibility customers and understand how to be a resolver of problems. • Strong computer skills. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and with customers and vendors. • Strategic thinker, strong team player, and team builder, who has a can-do attitude and have a hands-on, take-ownership personality.
