* Planning
- Planning the personal work schedule: weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly as assignment of duties and KPIs.
* Perform the particular tasks
- Implement Treasury activities as per strategy/program in each period.
- Dealing transactions in the Money Market comply with IVB policies and SBV’s regulations.
- Take care of existing customers develop customer base and relationship with related authorities, in which include customer type (securities companies, fund management companies, insurance companies, other FIs, …)
- Attend setting up and develop models, policies, regulations, procedures, plans, products and guidelines, for related activities.
- Collect information and make analysis on market/competition for IVB’s position in Money Market and recommend strategy/plan for IVB in each period
- Comply with the laws, IVB’s internal regulations and adhere to the code of ethics in banking finance.
* Others
- Collect customers’ feedbacks and propose for solutions for improving the IVB operation in manner of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Improve working skill; attend training courses, do self- training to enhance the knowledge, skills and abilities; prepare a personal plan to develop to meet the bank’s development.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leaders
