To manage and monitor operations of the Department for reaching the assigned plan in accordance with the IVB strategies in each period.

1. Build business plan/ budget plan:
- Develop and manage the business implementation of Department from time to time
- Develop and promote policies/programs/products in order to develop business in 1st market of IVB
- Develop, promote, support and manage the business implementation of Business units in accordance with IVB’s target from time to time

2. Manage, operate routine works at CBD:
- Product development:
+ Prepare annual plan of corporate banking (CB) product development and track periodically the review of plan performance.
+ Develop products satisfying CB’s need
+ Develop fee tariff, interest rate related to CB products and services
+ Organize the training for CB products and services
+ Be responsible for the efficiency of products and services and to propose the appropriate solution if needed.

- Business stimulation and partnership development:
+ Develop regulations, programs for CB sale stimulation, policies for specific customer group from time to time, and promote to all business units.
+ Develop and promote programs linked with partners to develop CB business
- Support branches, deploy sales stimulation and skill training for sales of all branches:
+ Coordinate with Business units in marketing, products sale plan and business development programs.
+ Organize and promote the training on business skills for businessmen
- Business Management:
+ Follow sales result and report monthly/quarterly/yearly.
+ Manage & approved guarantee credit transactions & other related to transactions according to decentralization/authorization of BOEs/ Division Director in compliance with provisions of IVB and the law.
+ Manage the performance of CB business plan of business units. Analyze the business efficiency under product/customer group/area/business unit and all IVB units, then propose the solution to increase the operation efficiency.
+ Support and coordinate with Business units to develop and perform monthly/ quarterly/yearly Business plan.
+ Coordinate with relative Divisions/Departments to develop KPIs for CB management team and sale team. Evaluate KPIs periodically on monthly/yearly basis and report to Division Director and Board of Executives.

- Employee Management:
+ Allocate KPIs to each employee.
+ Follow and manage the level of work completion compared to target and budget. Periodically evaluate the performance result of employee.
+ Manage employee and assign tasks efficient and in line with capacity of each employee and requirement.
+ Instruct, develop training plan and organize professional training course for employee.
