• Working with customers on expected order placement plans, planning and implementing tasks related to orders (production, revenue, receivables).
• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure compliance with the customer's shipping schedule.
• Handling export documentation procedures with customers.
• Performing tasks related to order management, accounts receivable, to ensure revenue meets planned targets as a basis for other related departments to achieve their goals as planned.
• Expanding the product portfolio on the customer's sales system through regular search and introduction of new designs/products.
• Discussing with customers to develop sales policies, marketing support tools.
• Evaluating sales results, comparing targets with actual results.
• Regularly surveying customers to grasp market conditions as well as the business direction of customers.
