• Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Brand’s overall mission, vision values and strategies.
• Develops and implements the strategic initiatives of the Spa & Recreation Department tied to business expansion, growth, and the necessary cultural evolution to support both
• Develop and implement strategies where recreational department metrics are identified, communicated and delivered where reports and tracking tools are effectively maintained in line with defined initiatives & targets.
• Achieves customer satisfaction and recreational & spa revenue goals by supervising Spa, Gym & Recreation operations.
• Create memorable moments for our guests.
• Foster an empowered environment for the team whilst working closely with all key business partners in order to achieve quality results.
• Ensure jobs are carried out in accordance with company policies & procedures and service concepts according to local requirements and regulations.
• Ensure the smooth running of the department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to regulations.
• Establish and deliver effective programs that advances service standards, profitability and cost control which may include working with internal and external stakeholders as required, whilst incorporating environmental concerns.
• Prepare the annual operating budget for the Department.
• Recommends any items to be included in the budget and ensure adherence with the approved budget.
• Monitor actual versus budgeted expenses and take corrective action where required. 
• Prepare and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled and that target productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Provides employees with the orientation and training needed to understand expectations and perform job responsibilities.
• Provides employees with coaching and counselling as needed to achieve performance objectives and reach their fullest potential.
• Drives employee engagement through the creation and implementation of departmental action plans.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in spa management, health club and recreational activities management, ideally within a hotel environment
• Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills both in English & Vietnamese.
