• Explore new potential platforms: Tiktok, Affiliate, KOL, geographic penetratrion, customer expansion,..
• Tracking: CR, GMV, AOV, P&L, ROI, Retention Rate, CLV, Net Profit,...
• Understand Ecommerce metrics, data report dashboard for decision making
• Analyze with dara-driven mindset
• Understand how to manage/control Media paid on FB Ads, Tiktok, E-marketplaces Mega Sale campaign to drive more sale
• Enhance technical side: website, build User flow, UIUX
• Manage Ecom team with high integrity, commitment, follow-up deadline/KPIs to ensure meet the Sale target

• Knowledge:
Experience in Retails, B2B2C, D2C model, Martech
Experience E-commerce platform (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok), Experience in the E-commerce system (Magento, Shopify)
Data-driven from Ecom dashboard report to decision making
Expert on Ecommerce metrics & measurement: CR, GMV, AOV, P&L, ROI, Retention Rate, CLV, Net Profit,...
• Skill:
Experience at developing & managing execution of business plan, digital plan for different Ecommere platforms
Excellent at operating Ecommerce business including of: website, market place, mobile app..
KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce.
