Job Description
Responsible assisting trading desk in inputting purchase and sale contracts on system accurately with countersignatures; inputting & allocating market price correctly to contracts & ensuring daily reconciliation.
Compose and input purchase and sale contracts accurately on system according to requests from traders;
Ensure contracts are duly signed and countersigned by counterparties in due time and have them uploaded on system;
Become expert in costing, contract terms, trading limits to be able to support traders to manage trading position;
Assist reconciliation process with logistics team on projection, compliance team on onboarding process, risk team on trading limits and escalate to trading;
Compare counterparties’ contracts/confirmations with SUCAFINA records.
Qualifications
1 year working experience.
Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus.Customer-facing experience or knowledge about coffee is a plus
