? What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the US product team to gather and analyze software requirements
• Write clear and detailed documentation for developers and testers
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure development meets expectations
• Create user manuals and training materials
• Handle tasks assigned by supervisors

? Who You Are:

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in software development
• Good English skills (written & verbal) for global collaboration
• Strong documentation, communication & presentation skills
• Familiar with ERP, E-Commerce, or Telecommunication projects
• Basic understanding of MySQL
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (in IT/Computer Science is a plus).
