• Research and develop the best bulk freight rate tariffs based on market dynamics to meet customer needs and maximize the company's value.
• Monitor market trends to proactively adjust pricing strategies or negotiate rates/space with shipowners, vessel operators, or ship brokers, ensuring pricing approaches align with market changes.
• Represent the department head to manage and support business activities and events related to bulk freight, ship agency, project cargo, etc., ensuring seamless department operations in the absence of the department head.
• Support the search for domestic and international customers needing bulk freight and logistics services.
• Advise and provide comprehensive information on freight rates and all-inclusive services, skillfully persuading customers to agree to use the company's services.
• Send quotations to customers, follow up, and work to finalize deals, aiming to achieve business targets.
• Provide feedback on business performance and propose solutions for improvement.
• Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate factors affecting pricing, such as costs, customer demand, and competitor behavior.
• Assess and track the success of pricing strategies, making necessary adjustments to enhance profitability.
• Build relationships with shipowners, brokers, and transport providers to establish trust and mutual respect.
• Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to respond to market changes and business performance outcomes.
• Propose pricing for specific routes or special projects based on cost analysis, customer value, and market factors.
• Recommend measures to improve and enhance the company's business efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Age: No requirement
• Health: Good, capable of traveling outside the region
• Education Level: Graduated from an accredited college or higher in relevant fields
• Professional Expertise: Knowledge of bulk ship and bulk cargo operations
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (all four skills)
• Additional Advantage: Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
• Skills/Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize information
  • Good problem-solving skills
• Experience: Priority given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience in bulk shipping

Working Conditions:

• Work Days: 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday morning)
• Working Hours:
  • Morning: 08:00 – 12:00
  • Afternoon: 13:30 – 17:30
