Operational Management and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive improvement
- Ensure all resources are focused to achieve high quality service performance
- Work closely with senior management, product, engineering, customer support, and finance teams to drive operational efficiencies and meet business objectives
- Act as a liaison between global teams to ensure that operational strategies and projects align with business needs across all regions.
Processes and Procedures
- Establish, document, and continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and quality
- Implement best practices in project management and quality assurance
- Ensure effective communication between the overseas office and our headquarters
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and manage the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Build and maintain a strong team culture aligned with the corporate office
- Establish practices that promote a positive, inclusive company culture and attract diverse talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a global tech or software company
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent customer and internal team relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English.
