Support strategic initiatives such as capital allocation, cost optimization, and investment appraisals.
Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and tools, including automation and system enhancements.

Mentor and guide junior FP&A team members.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior FP&A Specialist to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision- making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of finance processes, and the ability to design and improve FP&A systems and tools.
MUST HAVE

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
Experience with FP&A software or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
Ability to work cross- functionally and influence business decisions.

NICE TO HAVE

Professional FP&A certifications or equivalent.
Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and corporate finance principles.
MBA or advanced degree in finance or business administration is a plus.
Experience in designing and implementing digital systems and automation tools.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
