Lead month- end and year- end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and analyze management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support business decision- making.
Assist in financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Implement and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures related to managerial accounting.
Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate financial data.
Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide junior accountants and finance staff.

We are looking for an experienced and detail- oriented Senior Managerial Accountant to lead our managerial accounting activities and support strategic financial decision- making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in- depth knowledge of accounting standards, and proven experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
MUST HAVE

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managerial accounting or financial controlling.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem- solving mindset.
Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MISA) is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in process improvement and automation tools for finance functions.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to managerial accounting.
Experience in designing and implementing digital systems and automation tools.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
Experience working in multinational companies or complex organizational structures.
