• Team Leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and train a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.

• Maintenance Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for all testing equipment and facilities. This includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.

• Equipment Management:

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of testing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Budget Management:

Manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting, procurement of parts and materials, and tracking expenses.

• Compliance:

Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, quality standards (such as ISO 17025), and environmental guidelines.

• Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to testing equipment and facilities, potentially requiring expertise in areas like electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

• Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability for maintenance activities.

• Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment history. Generate reports on maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as the testing lab teams and procurement, to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

• Client Communication:

In some cases, this role may involve interacting with clients regarding testing equipment and facility needs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Mechanical - Electrical Engineering Degree.
• Have at least 5 experiences in maintenance & calibration for Textile / Garment / Footwear.
• Able to work independently and honestly
• English reading & communication ability
• Have knowledge in implementing ISO 17025 in the calibration field.
