1. Talent Acquisition Support
- Support TA project team in all activities of the recruitment process for new project such as:
+ Design & writing recruitment contents
+ Posting jobs on social media (recruitment websites, facebook, ybox,...)
+ Contacting for pre-interview candidates, scheduling for Recruitment Event (Mass recruitment day)
+ Report & Data entry,...

2. Employer Branding Support
- Support set up for Mass Recruitment Day/Job fair for new project:
+ Support to plan or idea for event (create campaigns, minigames, webinars and other)
+ Support to coordinate with related Dept to prepare facilities/procedures for event.
+ Support to operating for event (set up area, guide/support for candidates, photograph,…)
- Support build/maintain social media (livestream on Fb, titok channel, ....)

3. Others:
- Other Talent Acquisition duties as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Priority to 3rd, final-year students or fresh from any field, prefer to work fulltime
• Have good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
• Be able to use Canva, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Hardworking and eager to learn
• Proactive, careful and detail-oriented
• Can commit at least 3-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
