3. Handleg guest requests and complaints

4. Take care of in-house guests and assisting guests' appropriate requests.

5. Do selling accommodation for walk-in guests.

6. Do room upselling to maximize hotel revenue.

7. Participate in on-the-job training of FO departments and other required training from HR Department.

1.  College/University of Tourism, hospitality or equivalent education
2.  Willing to work on shifts and weekends
3.  Language: good level in English both writing and speaking
4.  Excellent written and oral communication skill
