Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

Role Description

As a Senior Brand Executive - Affiliate & Content, you will manage our affiliate programs by finding, and collaborating closely with TikTok creators, you will drive key performance goals through efficient workflows, strategic campaigns, and measurable results. This role balances strategic planning, analytics and hands-on execution.

I. Responsibilities

Creator Network & Relationships: Build and maintain a robust creator database aligned with brand goals. Cultivate long-term relationships with top-performing creators to drive engagement. Address escalated creator inquiries and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Ads Support: Collaborate with the ads team to provide high-performing creator content. Deliver qualified assets to enhance ad performance and ROAS.
Communication & Reporting: Act as the brand main contact, delivering updates and performance reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting to maintain brand satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: cross-functional collaboration to align teams on campaign strategies and timelines. Mentor Affiliate Coordinators and Interns, supporting their development and quality output.

Ii. Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor‘s or master‘s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and 1+ years of equivalent experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing. Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce is highly preferred.
Affiliate Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in managing affiliate or influencer campaigns, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, social commerce, and current trends.
Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and use insights to optimize campaigns.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies aligned with brand objectives and market opportunities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, creators, and internal teams.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with affiliate marketing and social media analytics platforms.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members.
Problem-Solving: Resourceful in addressing challenges, resolving issues, and finding innovative solutions.
Result-Oriented: Focused on driving campaign success through strategic planning and execution.
