In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, taking full ownership of the product ecosystem and driving the roadmap for the company's next phase of global expansion:

🚀 WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Subscription Strategy: Take full ownership of the end-to-end subscription model, including pricing, packaging, trial, and paywall optimization.
• Revenue & Growth Metrics: Drive sustainable growth by mastering MRR, ARPU, LTV, Churn, and Retention.
• Product Vision: Define a mid-to-long-term roadmap that aligns with business goals and global expansion.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a talented Product team of ~7 people.
• Execution Excellence: Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to ensure a healthy balance between speed and product quality.

🎯WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven success in building and scaling Consumer Subscription products.
• 3+ years in Mobile App development, specifically in monetization, billing flows, and App Store/Google Play policies.
• International Leadership: Previous experience in a Product Leadership role (CPO, Head of Product, or equivalent) with proven success in international environments.
• A business mindset that focuses on sustainable growth and revenue impact, not just feature delivery.
