Mô Tả Công Việc

- Develop and execute the B2B ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer retention within the industrial and manufacturing sector;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and operations, to drive the development and implementation of ecommerce initiatives and projects;
- Manage all aspects of the ecommerce platform, including product catalog management, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure a seamless customer experience;
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the industrial and manufacturing sector;
- Work closely with sales teams to align ecommerce strategies with overall sales and business objectives, and to provide necessary training and support to drive adoption of ecommerce tools and processes;
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing, site analytics, and customer feedback;
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media, to drive traffic and conversion on the ecommerce platform;
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on ecommerce performance and opportunities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Age: Below 35.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience 5 years in B2B ecommerce management, preferably within the industrial and manufacturing market dynamics customer needs, and competitive landscape is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices, with experience in implementing and managing ecommerce solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth through ecommerce initiatives, with a track record of successful implementation of digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Dự án chuỗi cửa hàng điện nước Mr. Thợ ra đời nhằm mục tiêu Xây dựng chuỗi giá trị liên kết giữa Người dùng - Thợ - Nhà cung cấp để phục vụ các hộ gia đình có nhu cầu sử dụng các sản phẩm và dịch vụ liên quan đến Điện – Nước và Vật tư kỹ thuật tại Việt Nam.

Mô hình Mr. Thợ được thiết kế bao gồm:

+ Chuỗi các cửa hàng Mr. Thợ bán sỉ/lẻ kết hợp với Thương Mại Điện Tử theo mô hình O2O. (Online to online; Online to offline; Offline to Online..)

+ Ứng dụng mobile app Mr. Thợ là ứng dụng tiên phong trong việc gọi thợ/cho thuê thợ sửa chữa các dịch vụ về điện, nước, điện lạnh, xây dựng, cung cấp vật tư.., cho thuê thiết bị phục vụ cho gia đình, các công trình dân dụng, thực hiện quản lý bảo trì cho các khu dân cư, khu chung cư, khu căn hộ cao cấp.
