Responsibilities

Maintain and implement technical solutions required for the good performance of the documentation function with sound engineering practices
Gather information through research, interviewing, application testing, training, and product team meetings to develop accurate and complete product documentation
Work closely with key stakeholders to deepen technical understanding of the product, releases, and business goals, in order to:

Implement documentation changes
Continuously improve documentation

Collaborate on Jira and Confluence effectively to track and record documentation tasks
Research and correct documentation defects
Attend and participate in meetings/stand-ups/demos for projects and tasks owned by the writer
Perform other duties as assigned by line manager

Requirements

Excellent command of English
Relevant BA/BS degree in IT, Software Engineering
Familiarity with developer documentation
Familiar with programming languages: Python, Java, Javascript / Typescript
Experience using Git and terminal
Willingness to learn a new field and complex subject matter
Willingness to stay updated on technical communication trends
Ability to deeply research technical topics
Detail-oriented and able to put themselves in the place of product users
Lateral thinking, critical thinking, and an eye for impact
Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing

VTVlive hiện đang kế thừa và phát triển kết quả của đề tài KH cấp Nhà nước mã số KC01.14/06-10 "Nghiên cứu, triển khai các dịch vụ tương tác trên nền IP" . Cùng với việc khai thác kho nội dung từ VTV, VTVcab và việc hợp tác với các đơn vị cung cấp nội dung trong nước và quốc tế như: Hội Điện Ảnh, Thông Tấn xã Việt nam, công ty BHD, An Phước, Thảo Lê, Qnet …VTVlive mong muốn sẽ đáp ứng đa dạng và phong phú nội dung cho khách hàng khắp mọi miền tổ quốc, cũng như kiều bào ở nước ngoài những thông tin văn hóa, kinh tế, chính trị, khoa học, đời sống và giải trí kịp thời và hữu hiệu của mọi gia đình Việt Nam.
